Under supervision, performs clerical and related work with limited latitude for independent judgment.
We are seeking an administrative assistant to process Tax Appeals Tribunal orders, notices, and correspondence as well as Tribunal and Tax Commission determinations. Will also provide telephone and reception coverage as well as act as a calendar clerk for the Tribunal while maintaining Tribunal case files, place conference calls, maintain schedule hearings.. Assists as needed with receives, tracks and responds to FOIL requests and other areas when needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
