NYC Delivery LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner based in Manhattan, New York City. We delivery Amazon Prime packages with Box Truck drivers and couriers. Starting in 2020, we have grown from 30 employees to over 120 and are only growing more everyday! We are providing the best customer service and on time deliveries to Prime Amazon members. And we are looking for someone to join us as an HR Manager!

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional, personalized service to our employees. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp on human resource law, experience managing complex projects and familiarity with payroll software. Responsibilities will include processing new hire orientation and benefit requests, the design and implementation of internal policies, and employee performance reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train new employees.
• Create and implement HR policies.
• Assist with employment contracts.
• Develop and distribute forms and data to manage payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate staffing needs.
• Be an expert on payroll issues.
• Negotiate labor contracts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $40.00 per hour

Experience:
