NZ Leisure Ltd Looking for Customer Relations Agent – Ezi Queenstown at Queenstown, Otago Full Time

We’re seeking our next Customer Relations Agent super star to work with our 100% Kiwi owned and operated business!​

You’ll be an integral part of the team helping get our customers on the road; your responsibilities will include:

• Being a manager of first impressions, greeting customers and facilitating the start of their car rental journey in a smooth and efficient way
• Processing customer rental transactions
• Contributing to overall branch sales performance
• Being continually customer centric and striving to exceed customer expectations – ensuring our customers love the Ezi experience and come back for more
• Undertaking damage assessment and report findings to Manager
• Moving cars between base and airport when required

To apply for; you’ll need ​

• Full or restricted drivers license​
• Willingness to work Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Good attention to detail ​
• Fantastic time management and ability to multi-task​
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of computer literacy
• Experience working within a similar industry is preferable not essential
• Confident in selling products to suit our customer requirements
• Experience in working with our reservation system Cars+ is desired but not essential​
