About the Role:
Here at NZ Post, we are revolutionising the way we deal with customer enquiries. We are embracing a multi-channel approach to increase effectiveness and work towards better outcomes for our customers and we’re looking for talented individuals to help drive this change!

You will have ownership for managing complex customer queries. As an essential service, our main focus is the customer and ensuring we continue to deliver what New Zealanders care about, getting their parcels on time and with care.

Based in Highbrook, you will be on a 40 hour roster, operating Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm. Please note that due to the current circumstances, there will be a blend of working from home and office work so you must be equipped to do so.

Day to day you will:

• Receive and respond to information and queries across a diverse range of channels including phone, email and social media
• Resolve customer queries end to end, navigating a variety of systems at any given time
• Use your customer service skills and experience to manage difficult customer queries, with support where necessary

We are looking for:

• Someone who enjoys problem solving, and is able to resolve our customer queries and find solutions independently
• Someone who is resilient and has the ability to “bounce back”
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Someone tech savvy and know how to navigate and multi task between various systems.
• The ability to deal with all sorts of people and queries while keeping cool under pressure
• Someone who is adaptable & thrives in a dynamic working environment

Here are a few details you’ll need to know:

• The start date for this role is approximately Monday 4th October – you must be available to start on this date to be considered.
• You will be required to attend an Evaluation Activity virtually via Microsoft Teams, week of September 13th
