Processing Officer – Fixed Term | Tauranga

As a Processing Officer, you are critical in ensuring our customers’ Mail and Parcels are sorted, processed and dispatched correctly to be delivered on time. This role is based in our Tauranga Operations Centre on Chapel Street.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Sort our customer’s mail to meet our service level agreements
• Handle parcels in a careful and professional manner
• Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required

We are looking for great people who are:

• Available to work 37.5 hours (Sunday Midnight – 07:30AM, Monday 23:00PM – 07:30AM and Tuesday – Thursday 23:00PM – 07:00AM)
• Available to work on a Fixed Term contract until 1 April 2022
• Comfortable in a very physically demanding role lifting up to 25KG
• Natural team players that enjoy working as a team to put our customer’s first
• Accurate with an eye for detail
• Good geographical knowledge of Tauranga and New Zealand is essential
