Our clients is busy and looking for a receptionist for their busy laboratory. This fulltime role is temporary to start with the opportunity to go full time for the right candidate. Monday to Friday working from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily. Based in Penrose, Auckland.
This position is entry level but would suit someone with previous customer facing experience, a great phone manner, the ability to answer customer and client emails and phone calls, this role involves data entry, specifically entering client and sample information, this means you need to have excellent communication skills and the willingness to learn. It is essential to have an excellent grasp of grammar and spelling.
