NZ Safety Blackwoods Looking for Administrator (Auckland or Christchurch) at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our passionate Worksafe Training (WST) team.

This is a full-time role and can be based in Manukau (Auckland) or Christchurch.

The WST business is an accredited NZQA training organisation that delivers critical lifesaving Height Safety, Confined Space and other key Health and Safety courses across NZ and to some of the most well-known companies in the manufacturing, roading and infrastructure segments.

You will ensure that all customer & vendor requirements and expectations are met, coordinating with Trainers on their calendar including travel requirements. You will be a great multi-tasker and enjoy the challenge of having multiple balls in the air at once whilst maintaining accuracy in systems and record keeping.

The Role?

Working within acceptable time frames by maintaining and developing efficient processes, systems and record keeping, with quality communication both verbal and written and an eye for detail, you will;

• Ensure that all training material is up to date by keeping in contact with Industry Training Organisations and NZQA.
• Maintain student learning records in Wisenet, our student management system and NZQA.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and output.
• Process supplier purchase orders and customer invoices.
• Responding to all enquires via email or phone in a timely manner
• Will work well within a team but also have the ability work independently

The suitable candidate will have;

• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) & customer service skills
• Effective time management skills
• A sense of humour
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to plan and organise effectively
• An ability to use initiative and work independently
• A great attitude, motivated, proactive and autonomous
