WHO WE NEED

O So Kleen is seeking a professional who can bring energy, enthusiasm and faithfulness to our company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritize work load while handling mulitiple projects
• Job File Coordination; Monitor job file status, documentation; and communication between relevant parties, through daily file audits
• Timely creation of new jobs in DASH program as required
• Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails, while ensuring the appropriate people recieve all relevant information
• Maintain carpet & duct cleaning schedule
• Communicate professionally with technicians and customers
• Intake payments (Cash, Check & Credit Card), apply payments to customer accounts via QuickBooks

Qualifications:

• Maintain a valid driver’s license
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
• Display impeccable interpersonal, time management, organization, and customer service skills
• Eager to render support at any level of the organization

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
