Oaklands has a proud heritage in providing transformational education for over a century tracing its roots back one hundred years when it opened its doors to both men and women on an equal basis. From its very start it has believed passionately in the power and beauty of the curious mind and has stretched and supported its students in equal measure so that they have been enabled to fulfil their ambitions and dreams.
Working Closely with the Deputy Principal Strategy, Partnership and Business Development as the Head of Admissions you will lead the Admissions team to ensure a seamless customer journey for all students from enquiry through to enrolment and then induction. The successful candidate will ensure the Admissions team is fully conversant with the College’s course offering, as well as funding rules in order to provide a value-added service to enquirers. The candidate will maximise conversion by driving a focused range of communications to convert students from the point of first enquiry, through to application, offer and enrolment.
Moreover, the candidate will produce key management information and metrics on application level, any important patterns in terms of types of enquiries, application turnaround times, conversion and effectiveness of the conversion communications. Lastly, the candidate will work very closely with the marketing team to ensure high quality communications at all points in the recruitment cycle up to and including enrolment and will manage the College’s enrolment process including planning the annual enrolment process and working with colleagues across the College to ensure the best possible enrolment experience.
