We are seeking individuals to join us here at OC Marketing on our Customer Support team. What we are seeking in a Customer Support Agent:

The Customer Support Agent Will Be Responsible for:

• Receiving and mastering all front-end training from leadership and management in order to become an expert in the role

• Following client compliance standards when working with customers while maintaining the utmost professionalism

• Becoming an expert in all client product knowledge to be able to effectively educate and answer customer inquiries

• Learn the fundamentals of the sales process to be able to complete customer sales and achieve client satisfaction

• Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions to send to clients in order to keep customer records up to date

• Work directly with other Customer Service Representatives in order to learn from one another and assist in the development of all

• Contribute in daily company meetings with any ideas or feedback on how to improve our company as a whole

Requirements of a Customer Support Agent:

• High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

• 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles

• Proficient communication skills to be able to communicate with customers, clients, and internally

Pay: $48,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
