What will you be doing as a Customer Service Representative?
As a member of our US based team you will be working in a cross trained team, reporting to the Customer Experience and Quality Control Manager, to deliver a high quality homes product, and the best Customer Experience for our guests. Delivering exceptional and ‘above and beyond’ customer experience by ensuring we maintain our customer journey whilst in-resort, inline with the company strategy and objectives.
The overall role is to deliver excellent service during the customer journey. Duties include: addressing customer issues, maintain quality assurance with inspections of homes, delivery a high quality product, solve problems, and a positive attitude. Maintain low complaint ratios and keep partner and vacation home supplier relations in good standing. Ensuring all our vacation home products meet set standards of quality, grading and Health & Safety through an inspection and quality control process.

The office is open 7 days a week, you will be working 40 hours a week over 5 days out of 7 on a rotating basis. The current hours will be 8am to 5pm. However as during peak seasons, the hours and days of operation will be reviewed and the candidate could work later/evening shifts. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility will be required in operational need times to cover additional hours and days as and when needed.
