Oceania Looking for Office Administrator at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our Clinical Team at our Centre of Excellence, Oceania Healthcare to provide administrative support to Wesley Institute of Nursing Education as well as the Clinical Education/Research Team. Key purpose of this role is to support the work of the Centre Director and Wesley Institute to enable smooth and efficient running of Centre.

Part-time role, 3 days a week, fixed term 12 months in the first instance with the possibility of extension.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the administrative initiatives and functions of Oceania Education Team and Wesley Institute.
• Demonstrate behavior and communication style that reflects Team commitment.
• Demonstrate full support to Director and the wider team including all Wesley academic staff and clinical educators under the direction of the Director.
• Ensure supplies of stationery, kitchen provisions are always available.
• Support staff to comply with Oceania Group systems and processes.
• Ensure effective, safe, and sustainable administrative practices are maintained.
• Support an environment that promotes health and safety to all staff and students.
• Promptly addresses any administration issues identified.
• Ensure confidentiality is always adhered to.
• Task are managed efficiently with a high standard of professional output.
• Visitors are always attended to with a courteous manner.
• Assist with reception and phones when required.
• Assisting with supplier queries.
• Assist the Director (or others delegated to act) with other tasks as required.
• Undertakes other duties/roles as requested by the Director

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated IT literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Communicates with others with credibility, confidence, and sensitivity
• Uses effective problem-solving techniques
• Has good sense of time management and is well organised
• Team player and administrative ability
• Customer relationship and people management skills
• Experience in a customer facing or similar position
• Experience with accounts payable
• Excellent computer skills. In particular, with the Microsoft Word
• An ability to resolve issues/complaints efficiently and escalate as required
• Experience answering and directing general enquiries
• Eligibility to work in NZ
