Oceania Looking for Regional Administration Manager – Central Region at Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand Full Time

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as our Regional Administration Manager for the Central Region? Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in providing regional expertise and support to our site Administrators. What you’ll do:

• Establish strong internal networks and maintain effective communication channels.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Office to drive continuous improvement in administration processes across sites.
• Visit facilities in the region at least once a month to provide on-site support and guidance
• Deliver regular, insightful reports to influence the strategic direction of the region.
• Inform and train Managers in the region on updated administration processes.
• Support annual performance appraisals and recruitment of Administrators in the region.

What we’re looking for:

As a confident and articulate communicator, you’ll bring your experience in the health sector to the table. Your exceptional people skills and high level of technology literacy will set you up for success. Key qualifications and traits we’re seeking include:

• Strong administration experience, preferably in the Aged Care Sector.
• Clear understanding of accounts receivable and accounts reconciliation (PayGlobal experience preferred).
• Attention to detail in numerical, verbal, and written tasks.
• Efficient and accurate data processing abilities.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
