Follow the Playlist – Individual Service Plan (ISP) created for each client
Perform the Daily Duties – Health monitoring, medication administration, meal prep, personal care and light housekeeping
Support the Band – Build community relationships through recreational activities
Maintain an Authentic Approach – Redirect challenging behaviors

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 18 years of age
Ability to work with individuals with special needs or willingness to learn
Communication & Problem-Solving skills
Managing stressful conditions by maintaining self-composure and self-control
Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen
Who’s driving the tour bus Some positions may require valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
