Ocotillo Logistical Services Hiring for FedEx Ground Route Driver at Chandler, AZ Full Time

OCOTILLO LOGISTICAL SERVICES INC, a Fed-Ex Ground Contractor, is looking to hire PART TIME, FULL TIME Drivers & Lead Drivers

We are a contractor servicing Fed-Ex ground based out of Chandler AZ. Our team services approximately 1000 – 1200 packages daily with delivery and pick-up service to commercial and residential clientele. We are in need of Full Time Drivers and Lead Drivers to help lead our organization. The right candidate will possess integrity, strong work ethic, and good communication skills to excel at this role. Looking for both experienced/unexperienced Fed-Ex and delivery drivers.

Requirements for Driver –

Currently credentialed and certified to drive
Perform daily pre-trip checks on all vehicles
Keep Repair Log for vehicles
Capable of efficiently running ground routes averaging 80-150 stops daily
Ability to drive stick and automatic vehicles
City and rural route experience necessary.
Salary Details:

Competitive Salary is based experience
Drivers from $150 to $180 Daily, $39,000 to $46,800 Annual

FED-EX GROUND REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum age of 21 years
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Drug Screen and be able to continuously pass random drug screens throughout the course of employment
Current DOT physical or possess a DOT physical card
Must be able to lift packages up to 150lbs, equipment provided to assist
Must have at least 1 year in the last 3 years of verifiable work driving experience (any driving that is part of a job where pay was received-Construction, Food Delivery, Landscaping, etc.)
CDL NOT required
Reliable and Dependable is expected! A flexible schedule is a must! Our drivers are asked to report for work each day at 7:30 am and finish when deliveries and pick-ups are completed, most of the time this is by 5p.m.
