Off Duty Services, Inc.– Katy, TX and is having hiring need for permanent, full-time Operation Coordinator to join our Operations team. Our ideal candidate lives in or near Katy, TX, has a stable work history, and is interested in a professional (but casual attire) work environment.

Work schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday from 3PM-12AM (1 hour lunch) & Pay Rate: $22-$24/HR

Minimum Qualification:

• 2-3 years’ experience working in an office environment
• 5 years of working experience
• Able to pass background & employment verification check

Responsibilities:

• Must be available for on-call 3-4 nights a month & 5-6 weekends a year (based on a rotating schedule)
• Schedule assignments with law enforcement personnel to service customer sites throughout the United States and Canada
• Manage and schedule assignments effectively based on request and availability of law enforcement personnel
• Thoroughly research the internal system to identify suitable law enforcement personnel to fulfill assignment requested
• Relay and record law enforcement personnel assignment accurately
• Task tracking to ensure assignments are completed in timely manner
• Manage multiple logistic tasks/ accounts simultaneously
• Manage relationships with customers & law enforcement personnel
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets detailing upcoming, ongoing and recently completed assignments
• Interact with customers and field staff via phone, email and fax
