Hiring Operations/Office Support We are a 36-year highly professional insurance agency with our own estate planning law firm, located in Diamond Bar. We are expanding our team.

Pay: $17/hour to $22/hour, commensurate with experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• No cold calls. No experience needed. We will train!
• Implement different office projects, such as new workflow processes and marketing projects

• Assist with various accounting tasks
• Many additional growth opportunities in our 4 departments: law firm, life insurance, business insurance, or personal home and auto.

Qualifications:

• 2-year or 4-year college degree.
• Proficient in computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, responsible and hardworking
• Multi-language preferred
