Ohio Truck Sales Hiring for Sales Associate – Heavy Trucks at Sandusky, OH Full Time

Ohio Truck Sales offers a sales compensation of $70,000 to $100,000, benefits, a healthy work-life balance, and fun work culture.

Ohio Truck Sales, a privately-owned business, is a national supplier of (2,000+ annual) refurbished long hood semi-trucks with a unique refurbishing process to serve owner operators throughout the country. For the used semi-truck market, Ohio truck Sales is the premier supplier of professional owner operator, Kenworth & Peterbilt semi-trucks nationwide, with a “Carvana” type model. We offer the country’s largest and fastest growing used truck inventory for our customers to choose from.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, digital leads, and on-site customer visits
• Establish and maintain relationships with long-term Ohio Truck Sales customers and new prospects
• Utilize CRM software (Sales Force; training provided)
• Create and generate sales opportunities through business development
• Meet sales goals
• Answer customer questions quickly and factually
• Communicate the mechanical condition of the truck of their interest
• Negotiate with customers
• Complete all paperwork required to finalize a sale
• Consistently meet expectations through teamwork, respect, and willingness to help and support others

Skills/Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous vehicle or heavy equipment sales experience preferred
• High energy, self-starting, highly motivated, ethical, and able to work with minimal direction
• Exceptional customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to be a team player
• Paid training hours provided
• Must be able to lift 50lbs+, bend, stoop, and pull and close Truck hoods properly

• Earn while you learn, $700.00 p/ week training pay for 6 weeks.
• $1,000+ commission per each unit sold
• $70,000 – $100,000+ per year compensation
