Spears School of Business is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support
for the Spears School of Business Outreach and HTM Restaurant accounts.
Activities include reconciling accounts, preparing OSU Foundation
vouchers, and preparing deposits for state accounts.
It will serve as the resource person for Outreach P/Card cardholders,
interpreting state and university policies and procedures on procurement
issues.
Imaging equipment used to scan all financial documents. The work is
shared with other individuals in the area, faculty, staff and student
interaction. Some travel is required to assist with conferences and
programs.
