We are currently seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcer, This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Director. The Strategic Talent Sourcer is responsible for creating and executing on a variety of sourcing strategies that will identify top talent for our Commercial and Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Finance, Credit and other specialty lines of business. This individual will partner with the Talent Acquisition team and provide proactive outreach and sourcing support by leveraging existing relationships, talent pipelines, and external resources to ultimately drive success within the team and the organization.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage various resources to identity and attract top, diverse talent to Old National Bank
Source talent for tough to fill and Executive level roles across all business lines
Develop and lead unique sourcing strategies to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
Build out resource library of competitor org structures, market insights and talent pipelines
Responsible for the development and execution of strategic search strategies and create innovative passive sourcing techniques.
Provide competitive analysis, key industry insights and market intelligence in each market within the company footprint.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
A minimum of 5 years of broad-based and dynamic experience researching and sourcing direct candidates for recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in business-related major is required.
Experience working in a client-facing capacity developing and building relationships for purposeful results.
Strong leadership, people and organizational skills to lead, build and work with a highly effective team to elevate the proactive Talent Acquisition team forward.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and present materials in a clear and concise manner providing experiential value.
Demonstrated history designing, developing, and executing research results for search projects.
Advanced knowledge of the Internet, MS Office 365 and other sourcing technology.
Ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering, and developing productive relationships with leaders across the organization.
Specific responsibilities by functional area include
Sourcing
Responsible for development of search strategies, key industry & market intelligence, target company list development, competitive analysis, and innovative passive sourcing.
Proactively identify and source passive candidates using multiple techniques, including name generation, online research and networking.
Research and source talent to fill executive, senior leadership and tough to fill positions across all business lines.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build prospect databases for Talent Acquisition Team.
Research & Analytics
Research across all lines of business – commercial, wealth, and community for priority positions to fill.
Build and establish a library of competitor talent and market insights in each area of our footprint.
Utilize market analytics tools to research roles, markets, and companies; summarize findings.
Provide market intelligence to recruiting partners and line of business leaders.
Consultative Partner
Serve as a consultative partner to recruiters and executive leadership by presenting candidates and giving recommendations for selection.
Initial evaluation of candidate profile to present and recommend top, diverse talent to recruiters.
Cultivate and manage partnerships with Talent Acquisition to build candidate pipelines onto recruiting platforms.
Research and continuously improve best practice sourcing strategies.
Present best practice sourcing strategy recommendations to Talent Acquisition Team, including active diverse sourcing efforts.
Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract executive and experienced talent to the organization.
