We are looking for a Data Entry (Inviter) with skills to attract and recruit quality candidates for our company Olde Tyme Floor Co. Vacancies available for 3 potential candidates.
Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to highly skilled candidates and communicating with applicants, by providing each of them with template descriptions with the Asana form that should be filled up.
Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process to invite suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Go to resume banks, and text to candidates directly, including international organizations at colleges, professional groups, and ex-pat communities.
- Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and professional contacts.
- Publish job ads to job boards and social media groups dedicated to expatriation and relocation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting or previous Admin HR roles is a plus.
- Data Entry skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills both Written and Spoken (Spanish is a plus).
Self-motivated and Go-Getter attitude (Big Advantage).- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Tech Savvy.
