Our family owned and operated RV Dealership continues to grow at a rapid pace and is seeking a Title Clerk/Finance Assistant to assist our Office Team at our location in Norwich. We are looking for a high energy team player who is efficient with their time. The abilities to multi-task, maintain a complex schedule and navigate effectively through an ever-changing atmosphere are all essential to the position. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized and can solve problems. A willingness to learn but also take initiative are both necessary for this position.
Responsibilities and Duties-
1. Prepare documents for customers and staff; Purchase Agreements, Bank Contracts and DMV Forms
2. Ensure all documentation is correct and accurate
3. Perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and copying
4. Answer incoming calls
6. Other duties/projects as assigned for the overall benefit of the dealership
Maintain and order office supplies; paper, ink, forms
Qualifications and Skills-
-HS diploma required
-2 years of experience in a similar line of work; i.e. RV Dealership, Car Dealership, Retail Store
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Management Software
-Detail orientated and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
-Superior communication and customer service skills
