Remco Air which is part of Omega Holdings is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team.

Our heating and cooling know-how applies to all vehicles, be it a car, truck, commercial vehicle (heavy truck, heavyweight, tractor, emergency vehicle), bus or RV (recreational vehicle and caravan). With our experience, we provide consulting services and give a clear picture of heating and cooling (air conditioning) repair and maintenance needs for all types of vehicles.

The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.

• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.

• Monitors customer orders while working with purchasing department to ensure meeting customer requirements are met.

• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.

• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.

• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new software.

• Able to multi-task and work in a high paced environment.

• Bilingual in French and English

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of automotive, truck or machinery parts would be an asset.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years’ customer service experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 (30-50) pounds at times.
