Omenya Space is a new creative space in Montreal and we are looking fora Receptionist to join our team!

You will be responsible manage our create space and assist our team with various tasks .

We are looking for a person who has a strong work ethic, a high level of integrity, a concern for quality, a cultural sensitivity, and a sense of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive Incoming calls, direct them accordingly
• Taking messages
• Various clerical duties with all departments, such as data entry, mailing, as required
• Greeting visitors; responsible to maintain the visitor
• Distribution of mail to all departments
• Watering office plants
• Entering Access Cards

Requirements

• Necessary knowledge of telephone systems
• Versatility with Microsoft Software
• Bilingual (fluent in French and English)
• Good organizational skills
• Very pleasant demeanor needed when greeting visitors / fellow employees
• Flexibility to work on a variety of assignments
• Ability to multi-task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
