Job Description:
Join our team and earn a $3,000* sign on bonus!!
This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each townhome. Guest Room Attendants refresh townhomes for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as, thoroughly clean townhomes of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms including: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and other areas, vacuuming, and dusting
- Restock and replace used items within townhomes
- Communicate clean status of each one upon completion
- Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms
- Stock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and well organized at all times
- Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order
- Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours at a time
- Ability and willingness bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 20 lbs.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions as each townhome has a separate entrance that is exposed to outdoors
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre employment drug screening
- Must be able to drive company housekeeping vehicle while on property
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fulltime, part time, and on call postions available.
