Responsibilities:

This contractor will support the Marketing Communications (MC) Specialist and MC Leader for Titanium Technologies (TT). TT is one of the four business units at Chemours and produces the Ti-Pure™ brand of titanium dioxide (TiO2). TT is also one of the world’s largest manufacturers of TiO2. This person will provide support on a global level.
Job Description
Plan Execution Support

  • Support in the implementation of Marketing Communications Plan for TT on a global level
    • Tradeshow and Other Event Support

  • Support in the organization and logistics of face to face or virtual events such as trade shows
    • Webinar Support

  • Support webinar execution for NA and EMEA which includes invitation building, Wrike requests (project management platform), and coordination with TT Customer Marketing Team
    • Project Management

  • Coordinate project deliverables between internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure on time and accurate project deliverables
    • Administrative

  • Support purchase order invoicing and other administrative processes.

  • Schedule meetings between agencies and internal stakeholders
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
    In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Communications degree a plus)
  • 2-3 years agency or industry communications experience across wide range of disciplines including corporate & marketing communications, internal and external communications, digital marketing, agency experience, tradeshow or event execution experience

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Office, Outlook,

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong project management skills
