Onboard Property Solutions Hiring for Guest Service Agent at New York, NY Full Time

We are hiring Guest Service Agents to provide the highest levels of service to our hotel guests and ensure that their vacation experience exceeds their expectations. The successful candidate for this position will have a pleasant personality, strong communication and listening skills, and a detailed knowledge of all amenities offered at our property. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in a career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with hotel guests in person and on the phone.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all hotel guests, vendors, and sales leads.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure that all reservations are confirmed, completed, and paid for.
• Greet guests upon arrival, answer questions regarding amenities and services, and provide direction to guest rooms or other areas.
• Speak Clearly.
• Answer questions about amenities and services.
• Accommodate special requests from customers.
• Offer to help with luggage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $27.15 per hour
