Amazing Office Assistant Wanted!

Once Upon A Storybook Studio is an immersive, whimsical children’s portrait studio located in Round Rock, TX. We are looking for a unique individual to join our team of fun and fantastic creatives!

We are looking for an amazing office assistant to complete a variety tasks and support a variety of roles at our studio. We have quite an amazing team that works really well together and love what they do!

We are looking for someone:

• Loves to organize and clean

• Loves a variety of tasks

You will be helping support the studio by:

• Filling in for roles such as Photography, Fairy Godmother, and Front desk as needed
• Helping with admin tasks
• Helping prepare dressing rooms for clients
• Cleaning the studio as necessary
• Any miscellaneous tasks that help support the studio. This could include: minor sewing projects, painting (walls and cabinets), moving furniture, organizing our store-closet, preparing certificates with client names, running studio errands, among other things.

Our office assistant will be trained to cover most positions at the studio as an understudy for when staff is off and we need coverage. There is such a variety of things that the office assistant will help with at our studio you will never get bored!

Hours: Wednesday 10am-2pm; Thursday-Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm
full commitment to these hours are required; potential for more hours as our business grows

Hourly Wage: $14-$15 and hour depending on experience

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
