One Agency Recruitment Hiring for Customer Retention Agent – Dublin 12 Job at Dublin , Ireland Full Time

We are recruiting for Retention Agent’s to join our customers growing and dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position and is based in Dublin 12 (close to the Luas Line). The basic salary is between €28,000 – €30,000 DOE with commission on top.

Key Responsibilities:

– Renegotiating customer contracts
– Minimising churn for new and existing customers through phone, SMS, email contact
– Combined re-active and pro-active telephone retention of existing customers
– Updating historical customer account issues
– Maintaining and updating daily metrics, KPI’s etc.
– Mainly inbound calls however will be required to make Outbound calls also

Required Skills & Experience:

– A minimum of 12 months experience in a call centre role
– Sales or retention experience is essential
– Proven ability to work to strict targets to help achieve the team objectives
– Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office required
– Considerable attention to detail desired, problem-solving ability and takes pride in their work
– Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
– Excellent numerical skills an advantage
– Have a confident and friendly telephone manner
– Experience in a customer centric industry is a key requirement
– Excellent written and oral communication

Salary: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
