We are a world class coaching and training company seeking a Full-time Rock-Star Executive Assistant in the San Diego area.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The applicants we are looking for have a commitment to true excellence.

This is a team position, so you should be self-sufficient and self-motivated but able to work well with other team members. Most of our 30+ team members are virtual, so you have to be great at building relationships virtually, motivating and encouraging over the phone, training and communicating over email and text, while managing and leading at the same time. It’s also a creative role. You may be asked to double in other roles occasionally. It’s important to be flexible about what you do, be willing to work in a face-paced, changing environment, and always eager to learn new skills and emerging technologies.

You will be helping with: coach management, admin work, keeping on top of schedules, speaking with clients, monthly billing, customer service, and whatever else comes up.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist the President including giving direction on her behalf;
• Assist with Hiring and Managing new coaches;
• Work to continually make everything we do even better;
• Respond to all prospective client’s inquiries by email & phone;
• Communicating / Follow-up with our clients and our coaches;
• Handling client-care needs;
• Handling coach-care needs;
• Familiarity and comfort with CRM and marketing software would be a bonus;
• Other general duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, customer service recruitment, and project management.

Position Type: Full time contract position.

Location: San Diego (Del Mar). At least 4 hours/ day at our home office, with the rest of your hours remote work from your home. Occasional weekend availability required.
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 depending on experience. No benefits. Annual Raises

Experience:

• College /University degree;
• Minimum 5 years Administrative experience.
• Experienced with G-suite, ical/Google Calendar, Word/Pages, Excel/Numbers;
• Comfortable with technology and software.
