• Identify customers needs and recommend the appropriate solutions
• Escalate any issues to Quality Assurance while maintaining professionalism
• Ensure a customer first mentality
• Participation in ongoing customer service training and support
• Build relationships with customers to ensure longevity
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the clients products and promotions
• Consistently surpass expected quarterly KPI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 – $800.00 per week
