Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to incoming customer enquiries by phone call or email promptly and professionally.
- Assist in preparing sales quotation, proposal provided by sales staff.
- Prepare related reports and invoices for consolidated billing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requirement is meet.
- Upkeep the filling system and ensure all customer records are entering into the system accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
