Responsibilities:

  • Receive, prepare and issue Manufacture Order Sheet to Production Control
  • To arrange & coordinate shipping schedule & related matters with shipping company & forwarder
  • Coordination with offices worldwide in receiving orders and preparing shipment
  • To prepare all necessary shipping documents
  • To handle all matters relating to Letter of Credit negotiation
  • To prepare all appropriate reports (Order, Shipment, Backlog, etc) on timely basis
  • To join meeting relevant to machine orders and shipment
  • Provide update & reports to manger

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of shipping & Letter of Credit processing & negotiation
  • Team player
