SuperLoo / SuperFence are looking for a goal-orientated and target-driven salesperson to maintain the growth of the Auckland Region through new business development and by providing a high level of service to existing clients in the portable hire industry.

SuperLoo Sanitation Ltd is a New Zealand-owned national provider of Portable Toilets, Temporary Fencing, and Skip Bins to the Building, Construction, and Events industries. The head office (based in Manukau, Auckland) has been servicing the region for more than 30 years and has a solid reputation for being a market leader in the portable hire market.

We are looking for a real ‘Go-Getter’ excited to demonstrate the highly competitive advantages of SuperLoo and SuperFence products and services over other providers and get results. Reporting to the Auckland Branch Manager this role has a strong emphasis on developing key relationships and increasing sales margins within the region for both existing accounts and new customers.

Responsibilities include researching potential leads, identifying clients’ needs, and putting together sales strategies, promotions, presentations, proposals, and quotations; negotiating agreements and pricing; up-selling and on-selling products and services, preparing order information for operations and dispatch, and liaising with the operations team to ensure our clients receive the best service throughout.

Our Ideal Candidate Will

• Be a target-driven salesperson with past success winning major new accounts.
• Ideally come from the Hire or Logistics industries, with an understanding of the market and a successful runway in sales.
• Have previous experience dealing with key stakeholders and developing new business opportunities.
• Know your way around a computer, as you will use the SAP CRM system and MCS Rental Management software for database management, quotes, orders, and reporting.
