OneAir Limited Looking for Telemarketer / Outbound Sales at Penrose, Auckland Full Time
About the business and the role
We are based in Penrose but service customers all over the North Island. Telesales are an important part of our business, but we do not use high-pressure techniques on our customers as our clients’ needs always come first.
We work out of brand-new premises and have a relaxed and friendly office environment where our staff support and encourage each other and work as a team to achieve their objectives.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and entering details into a call log
- Calling existing customers to schedule appointments
- Making outbound calls to new customers to schedule appointments
Skills and experience
Prior call centre and or customer service experience in air conditioning and ventilation systems would be great, but it is not essential as full training will be provided
