Job Purpose

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for ensuring all customer purchase orders are entered into the system timely and accurately.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international customer purchase orders ensuring accuracy of the information provided
• Responsible for processing customer purchase orders in applicable ERP systems in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate effectively via telephone and email
• Successfully complete any responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk role
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 6 Experience in data entry, in a fast-pasted environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work effectively with a team
