Work you’ll do:

The Order Operations Manager at OnePet is a crucial role that ensures that sales and retailer onboarding processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have great attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will work in tandem with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure that order operations are running smoothly and our fur-families’ needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reading and understanding retailer routing guides to extract all shipping requirements and entering the data into a document/process
• Act as a conduit between the Sales team and Operations/Shipping
• Facilitate and process onboarding for new B2B retailers
• Communicate with retailer Logistics Departments
• Assist the Sales team with the order entry process

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with HubSpot, Shopify, and Skubana
• Proven ability to process routing guide information accurately and efficiently
• Knowledge of onboarding processes for various retailers
• Proven attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and applications
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other departments
• Previous experience in supporting sales activities at a manufacturing company
