Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a flair for creativity and a passion for the fast-paced world of SaaS startups? OneReg, a leading provider of Aviation Operating systems, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Assistant at OneReg, you will own and manage all our digital channels, in all sales geographies,  ensuring consistent, high-quality content delivery that resonates with our audience. In addition, you’ll play a key role in coordinating events, supporting our staff, and driving our marketing strategy forward. If you have experience in the aviation industry, that’s a significant plus!

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage Digital Channels: Own and oversee all digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, website content, video creation including podcast, and online advertising. Ensure content aligns with OneReg’s brand and business objectives in NZ, Aus, UK and other countries as needed.

·       Content Creation & Coordination: Develop, coordinate, and publish high-quality content across all digital platforms. Create and share case studies that highlight our achievements and industry impact. Work closely with internal teams to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.

·       Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events worldwide, including webinars, conferences, and product launches. Coordinate all marketing-related activities to ensure events run smoothly.

·       Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

·       Collaborate: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals. 

·       Aviation Industry Knowledge (Advantageous): Leverage any experience in the aviation industry to enhance content relevance and appeal to our target audience.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.

·       Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, email, SEO, and PPC.

·       Coordinate excellent content creation and coordination skills, with experience in developing case studies.

·       Experience with event coordination and management.

·       Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn advertising or similar.

·       Excellent communication and organisational skills.

·       A background or experience in the aviation industry is highly desirable.
