Position Summary

ONErpm is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, analytical minded, meticulously organized Human Resources (HR) Manager for our Spanish speaking offices. The candidate can either be in Mexico City or Bogota. The HR Manager will report directly to the global HR manager and will support regional country managers in their HR needs, focusing on local compliance but also global policy development and implementation . The regional HR manager will provide direct support to staff on day-to-day needs and employee relations matters, talent acquisition and managing employee onboarding, development , training and compensation review.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities for ONErpm Spanish speaking countries, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, training and development
• Liaise with international offices and global leadership team to maintain consistency among company culture and global policies.
• Build and maintain trust among local staff and leadership to support and partner on organization and people-related strategy.
• Research, investigate, and resolve employee-relations matter.
• Monitor local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
• Assist with execution of mid-year and annual performance evaluations.
• Manage the variety of local benefits
• Identify performance and skills gaps in roles and functions and build development plans focused on career development.
• Review local payroll

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR work experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proven success in navigating employee relations challenges
• Effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various HR issues, and prioritize workload.
• Demonstrated experience leading significant change processes effectively and efficiently, both in the short-term and long-term for an outcome over time.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal/nonverbal skills, along with finely tuned interpersonal skills and professional judgment.
• Team player.
• Music or entertainment industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Experience with training and development programs, preferably using e-learning platforms, and the ability to determine KPIs to measure results and engagement.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite | Google Workspace is desired.
