Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound calls for AT&T FirstNet “first responders” providing customer care to help resolve issues, perform account reviews, and a GREAT customer experience. Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and written skills
• Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
• Dynamic personality with high energy
• Ability to handle escalated issues
• Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide inbound customer service for AT&T business First Responders.
• Resolve issues and consistently provide a great customer experience.
