The Ontario Native Women’s Association (ONWA) is a not-for-profit organization that empowers and supports Indigenous women and their families in the province of Ontario. SCOPE:
The Social Media & Website Specialist will provide an active and well-rounded presence online while following the social media strategy and best practices to build and manage ONWA’s social media profiles, website, and presence. They are responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the organization’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and promote stakeholder engagement across the province and in all communities ONWA serves.
The Social Media & Website Specialist will be responsible for providing stakeholders with comprehensive analytics, data presentations, and resource management reports. They will create appealing and creative digital content for the ONWA’s various social media platforms and generate a social media strategy that will promote community engagement and brand awareness.

The Social Media & Website Coordinator will be directly accountable to the Marketing Manager for the proper completion of the functions outlined in the job description.
