Are you an administrator looking for a new role where no two days are the same as you support students and staff?

We are looking for an enthusiastic positive person to come and add value to the Academic Registry team. Working closely with the Academic Registrar, the team provides effective and efficient administrative and operational support services to students and staff across the Open Polytechnic. We work in a fast paced, friendly, and supportive environment ensuring adherence to the academic statute and policy.

This role will suit someone who is flexible, can remain calm and work well under pressure, effectively prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines. An understanding of diverse cultures and being comfortable dealing in a friendly, professional and timely manner with akonga from all walks of life is essential.

In this role you will be responsible for providing quality management systems for student admission, assessment, awards and qualifications, and student information management. You will have skills and experience in administration, information systems, and customer service.
