Open Roads Auto Sales is currently seeking an enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team to provide high quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description and Responsibilities
· Assist with vehicle administration and data entry
· Greet customers with a pleasant disposition and willingness to provide exceptional
customer service
· Help with social media platforms
· Help maintain stock on website including updating available stock and removing sold
units daily
· Print vehicle window stickers
· Answer phone calls in a professional manner
· Ensure that customers have been looked after
· Stock in newly arrived vehicles
· Maintain Garage Register accurately
· Complete vehicle licensing
· Order supplies for dealership when needed
· Assist the sales team, and perform other duties as assigned by management
· Maintain accurate and organized filing system and record keeping
· Assist the accounting department with data entry
Qualifications
· Proficient communication skills both written and verbal
· Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills
· Valid Driver’s License
· Ability to consistently perform tasks with precision and attention to detail
· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when required
· Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality
Preference will be given to those who have previous automotive experience, and business accounting knowledge would be considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
