Contract Management Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review sales orders for completeness, accuracy, documentation requirements, contract terms and non-standard approvals for EMEA and APAC Regions
• Capture any data elements necessary for accurate booking and provisioning of service through Salesforce, Oracle and Customer Support Interface (CSI)
• Work with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, support) to resolve issues related to booking completion
• Maintain customer information and detailed install base records in Oracle Service Contracts
• Manage of service provisioning process and follow-up for trials and bookings
• Assist, train and guide sales on systems, process and procedures
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed for management and operational audit requirements
• Representation of Contract/Order Management function in support of future initiatives and projects
• Follow up on customer queries regarding Invoicing
• Assist with customer queries involving AR collections
• System Testing when required
• Credit & Rebills

Accounts Receivable/Collections

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the full day to day accounts receivable function (EMEA/APAC) including but not limited to the following areas:

• Accounts receivable management and ensure all collections are completed within company policy
• Build relationships with both customers and the sales organisation
• Investigate, resolve and if necessary escalate customer queries in a positive and assertive manner
• Document all collection activity
• Evaluate customer payment history and identify difficult or potential problem accounts to the finance manager for review.
• Proactively Follow Up on debtors with phone calls to Customers
• Accounts Receivable Specialist manages incoming payments, properly tracking and allocating them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment
• Work with the finance manager and the US team to ensure the smooth month-end close of the accounts receivable module for all EMEA companies.
• Other duties as required by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a similar role on EMEA and APAC regions
• Oracle Financials experience essential
• Salesforce experience essential
• Credit management experience essential
• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills essential
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Deadline and results driven
• Flexibility at Busy Times
• Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environment and be willing to “roll-up her/his sleeves” to lead organizational change
