The OpenText Professional Services team is comprised of more than 3,000 consultants who act as trusted advisors, managing long-lasting relationships with more than 100,000 customers around the world. They are responsible for the delivery of business solutions from pre-sales to post implementation. As an OpenText consultant you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you will be recognized as a subject matter expert. You are great at:

• Assisting with requirements gathering activities and contributing to technical design activities
• Delivering a range of technical documentations relating to any software components delivered
• Taking responsibility for delivery of quality work, on time and within agreed specifications
• Managing expectations of clients and internal stakeholders
• Interacting with both customer and internal OpenText project stakeholders to articulate specific technical options and decisions in a concise and clear manner
• Delivering technical knowledge transfers to customer IT and business users
• Supporting UAT, data validations and issue remediations
• Actively seeking new opportunities by working with the customer and the change control provisions provided by the contract, to extend the scope of profitable business

What it takes:

• Ability to quickly get up to speed with new applications
• Experience in full lifecycle of implementation projects
• Must have experience of Documentum Server and Administrator, Documentum D2
• Additional preferred experience, Documentum Migration Experience, Custom Documentum development, IDSx, Records & Retention, BOCs
• Familiarity with Cloud landscapes and technologies, such as Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Docker
• Familiarity with Cloud landscapes and technologies
• Ability to build and manage strong customer relationships, both internal and external
