The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Operations the Talent Acquisition Technology Lead will ensure excellence across the entire digital ecosystem of global talent acquisition (TA) technologies. This includes core systems, sourcing platforms, tools and vendors including the development of a technology roadmap and a data reporting & analytics framework. The Lead will work closely with TA leadership team on technical requirements, configuration, implementation, and optimizing of talent acquisition technologies, platforms and tools.
The Lead will help devise the vision, strategy and execution of talent acquisition technologies through a strong focus on efficiency and experiences. Goal must always be to use tools to improve TA processes and the experience of our stakeholders; candidates, recruiters & hiring managers.
Through thought leadership, innovation and the application of best practices this role will enable the OpenText Talent Acquisition function to deliver best-in-class performance to all stakeholders in our global markets.

Leading technology optimization & change as it relates to the interaction of talent acquisition people & processes
Collaboratively defining & regularly delivering key reports, dashboards for TA, the business and senior leadership
Leading strategy development and execution on TA technology projects, enhancements & change requests
Providing TA technology support & issue resolution
In all projects ensuring fundamental project management and business analysis principles are applied
Being a subject matter expert on best practices in the operation of TA systems, technologies and other digital/social platforms
Using knowledge of HR processes, policies, regulatory requirements to manage risk effectively
Managing TA technology & sourcing vendors as relates to the day-to-day system operations, optimizations, integration, enhancements including facilitating regular account meetings, driving issue escalation/resolution
What it takes
Required:
8+ years’s experience supporting technology & systems
8+ year’s experience developing reports and presenting them in Excel & PowerPoint
6+ years of Talent Acquisition or general Human Resources experience
Preferred
8+ years’ experience supporting Talent Acquisition technology & systems.
8+ years’ experience as application tracking software (ATS) administrator
5+ years’ experience working as SAP SuccessFactors administrator
SAP SuccessFactors certification
Experience working in technology consulting firm
Creative approach to increasing value from existing vendors
Documented experience implementing & using tools to improve Talent Acquisition efficiency
Prior experience implementing & supporting Artificial Intelligence tools
Ability to influence and lead strategic thinking resulting in clear plans and commitment from stakeholders to execute
Documented experience gathering requirements and managing RFP’s
Experience communicating successfully with global stakeholders in virtual format
Ability to self-motivate while also working collaboratively with large team
Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience
