Senior Media Manager

What You Will Do:

1. Lead the whole year media strategy as well as budget allocation based on a business plan, make sure the media investment supports the brand building and business goals

2. Lead the planning and implementation of the media strategy and media plan for all product projects, and evaluate the effect to ensure the maximized ROI

3. Formulate guiding and achievable media strategies as well as a detailed guidebook to lead the country’s media work, project by project

4. Establish a media workflow and KPI management between the region and the country to guide the continuous improvement of media work under effective methodology

5. Media agency management, establish a unified media management system and improve the overall media procurement cost-effectiveness and efficiency

Who You Are:

1. More than five years of media working experience, relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry and the fast-moving goods industry is preferred

2. Excellent capabilities of strategic thinking, insight into trends, and discovering opportunities

3. Excellent capabilities of resource planning, evaluation and business negotiation

4. Excellent capabilities of communication, English can be used as a working language[Great English is a must]
