POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Onboarding Admin assists a candidate through the on-boarding process by focusing on these necessary steps including:

• Verifying I-9’s for new employees
• Communicating with all parties across departments during the on-boarding process
• Initiating and monitoring all pre-employment screening
• Updating the relevant applicant tracking systems

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned).

• Engaging with Recruitment and Sales Partners, and the necessary vendors in conducting the administrative piece of the on-boarding process for all candidates
• Generation of new hire paperwork
• Tracking and receiving all on-boarding forms and initiating background screening checks with the Pre-employment Screening provider
• Coordinating medical and criminal records checks
• Data entry of reference checks
• Updating all relevant systems in a timely manner ensuring that all information is accurate.
• Overseeing completion of on-boarding/employee file
• Ensuring that all communications to candidates always reflect the organization’s values
• Communicating with and updating key stakeholders across the business regularly on all in-progress candidates
• Completing any other tasks as requested in relation to the onboarding
• Working to set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a high volume administrative/customer service function
• Human Resources and or recruiting experience preferred
• Prior onboarding experience at a staffing firm is preferred
• All MS office tools including MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Requires strong organizational skills with attention to detail

SCHEDULE

This position will primarily be Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. However occasional evenings and weekend will be required. This position is fully remote.
