Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day operations of the office
• Provide exceptional and attentive customer service to all visitors and customers
• Communicate and correspond professionally with all customers and co-workers
• Accurately complete accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and all other data entry related tasks
• Monitor and update inventory listings on website and other media
• Format, proofread, and edit various documents and other related tasks
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and assist in implementing new systems
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel and car rental reservations
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, emails, copying, and scanning documents
• Managing all accounts receivables and accounts payables
• Maintaining and updating inventory on website
• General upkeep of office area and filing systems
• Purchase office supplies and equipment; maintain proper stock levels
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier packages

Qualifications

• Completion of Business/Administration diploma or degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate level computer skills in MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word
• Experience in Accounting software considered an asset
• Proven ability to multi-task in fast-paced working environment
• Exemplary organizational and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Adaptable and a quick learner who can take charge and complete tasks
• Thrives in a fast‐paced creative environment without compromising quality or missing deadlines
• Independent and performs tasks with minimal supervision
• Proactive and problem solver

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
