Optometry Office Management with Sales Focus

We are currently recruiting for two office managers with a sales/company growth focus, to job share the management of three optical locations in Calgary.

Both positions require full time availability within a Monday to Sunday 9am – 9pm schedule. Shifts are scheduled for up to 5 days/week for 8.5 hour each shift.

Tasks included but are not limited to:

• Creating and meeting sales targets
• Motivating each location doctors and staff to meet targets
• Manage staff relations
• Bimonthly Payworks Payroll
• Scheduling staff to ensure full efficiency for budgets and clinic flow
• Auditing and Reporting
• Travel between three locations required so a reliable vehicle is a must

Prior optical experience is not required BUT proven successful experience within a sales management role will move you to next steps.

Salary: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
